Return Policy

This Return Policy outlines the terms for returning products purchased from Flexvrrinseax. We aim to handle all returns fairly and transparently.

Return Window

Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they meet the conditions below. Digital products (such as sound collection downloads) are non-returnable once the download link has been accessed.

Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact
• Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
• Be returned within the 30-day window from the delivery date

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Digital downloads after the download link has been used
• Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration
• Products purchased during final sale promotions (if applicable)

Session Cancellations

For paid outdoor practice sessions:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session receive a full refund
• Cancellations made within 48 hours may receive a credit toward a future session at our discretion
• No-shows are not eligible for refund or credit
• Sessions cancelled by us due to weather or safety concerns will be rescheduled or fully refunded

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at infocenter@flexvrrinseax.world with your order details and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping address. Do not send items back without prior authorization.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or variant, contact us to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
